Hello,

How are you today? Are you ready for the weekend?

Remember, starting by taking the steps to your goal or even if you are halfway; it’s better than sitting there dreaming about it. Get started and do not procrastinate. That is why I am here to help you realize them by providing you as much information as possible.

I have spoken to so many people who love yoga; in fact, in the community where I am a coach, I work with yoga instructors as well. If you are letting the fear of failure become the excuse to why you are not going to become a yoga blogger, then let’s get that out of the way. Let’s get you on your journey to follow your passion and reach your dreams. Whatever your blocks are, we will get through them here. This time, on this article, will be worth it…

Step 9 – A quick crash course on how to become a yoga blogger

I can get into the salad and potatoes now that we’ve covered the essential things you need to know above which will get you up and running on a basic level.

Here I just want to give you a few more gifts that a yoga blogger can write about which I have questioned and challenged over time, which I hoped to find on yoga blogs. Not many people write about it. See, I was always fascinated by how yoga the ancient practice works with spirituality and numerology. More so the modern world sees yoga as a form of exercise and created variations of it which can even be combined with Pilates today.  Did you know that some researchers believe that the practice of yoga began 10 000 years ago? There is so much about this topic to uncover. Most of all, the upside of yoga is that you will be fit, but the real reason why people practise yoga is to unite the mind, body and spirit. Did you know that the number 108 connects the sun, earth and the moon? There is so much to write about the 108 points with the four extra points in the body, which isn’t counted and how they connect to reaching a higher state when doing yoga. The connection with numerology, the body, the human spirit, the mind, the universe still remains to be a mystery. Did you know that the number 108 has a biblical meaning, in some cultures, people chant 108 times, there are 108 prayer beads as well?

There are so many things you can link to the topic of yoga that you can’t do with a lot of other exercises. You can write and combine yoga to meditation, healthy eating, exercise, mind and spirituality.

So, if you are into yoga, now can you see how far you can take this. Not only that, you can even at some point in the future have your own e-commerce store and sell products for mind, body and spirit.

I hope this article has given you all the confidence you need to be successful.
